Complaint of a travel package

I am writing to complain about the travel package offered by your travel agency in March 05. First of all, your staff had mentioned we would be accommodated in a 5-star hotel. But we were finally assigned to a hostel with no air conditioner. Secondly, the journey was not on schedule and it was bad organised, because the tour guide had brought us to the wrong destination. Moreover, the attitude of the tour guide was really terrible. When we tried to inquiry about such mistakes, he could not give a reasonable explanation and claimed that it was none of his business.

I was disappointed about the trip and the service provide by your company. I have spent $10000 for the trip but did not get the expected quality. My precious holidays were totally runied. I sincerely hope you will give a full refund to compensate me for the poor service.

Thank you for your letter. We feel sorry about your unsatisfactory journey.

Out inspection shows that the fault is due to the unexpected incidents on that day. Firstly, since the air conditioner system was in (u...) maintenance, therefore, no air condition can be provided. Secondly, the scheduled tour was affected by the serious car accident which made it difficult to reach the destination on time. For the attitude of the tour guide, we apologize for the inconvenience and unsatisfaction caused.

In order to improve our service quality, we will provide more training to our tour guide and monitor our service quality. To show our sincerity, we will provide you a full refund and hope that your will purchase our travel package again.
